PHP Fan Fiction
PHP Fan Fiction, is a
free, easy to set up and use, automated fan fiction archive
script. It is based off the StorylineV1.8.0
software (from IO Designs, that has been abandoned), and has a
design similar to fanfiction.net. It's easy to customize and
personalize it to your site design, and it isn't as bulky as the
popular efiction script. A must have for anyone running a fan
fiction or story archiving site of any kind.
It runs on a single MySql
database, and is small enough to run on a free host's servers (see
recommended hosting)
Installation is very simple, with
a simple installer that walks you through the set up. It is
both easy to use from both a site administrator and a users
perspective. It has been previously used to host the Sun Hill
Stories and Fiction Writers Corner fan fiction archives, along with
many other smaller sites.
